It was hosted by the Museo Archeologico Nazionale in Naples.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/home.infn.it\/it\/comunicati-stampa\/4936-l-arte-racconta-la-scienza-apre-al-mann-di-napoli-la-mostra-nazionale-di-art-science-across-italy\">Eight works were chosen as winners<\/a>: on the podium were the finalist teams from Lecce (1<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;place), Bari (2<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;place), and Padua (3<sup>rd<\/sup>&nbsp;place). In addition to the 70 works created by over 200 students and selected from among the more than 1,200 in competition, the national exhibition included the 12 works by INFN employees and voted on by the Art&amp;Science students and by the readers of ScienzaPerTutti (ScienceForEveryone), as part of the \u201cAdesso tocca a noi\u201d (\u201cNow it\u2019s our turn\u201d) competition. Also in May, the&nbsp;<strong>ScienzaPerTutti<\/strong>&nbsp;project announced the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/home.infn.it\/it\/comunicati-stampa\/4941-eureka-scienzapertutti-svela-le-squadre-vincitrici-del-concorso-annuale\">winners of the XVII edition of the annual competition<\/a>, which this year involved more than 300 students, and launched the new online quiz game,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bangsxt.infn.it\/game\/\">BANG<\/a>, devised to give students the chance to measure their knowledge of physics.<\/div>\n<div>The 2022&nbsp;<strong>ASIMOV Prize<\/strong>&nbsp;ended on 12 May with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/home.infn.it\/it\/comunicati-stampa\/4932-agnese-collino-e-licia-troisi-vincitrici-ex-aequo-del-premio-asimov-2022-piu-di-12-300-studenti-e-studentesse-hanno-preso-parte-alla-giuria\">the announcement of the winning book<\/a>, which, this year, was a dead heat: Agnese Collino with&nbsp;<em>The 10-cent Disease<\/em>&nbsp;and Licia Troisi with&nbsp;<em>The Bold Beauty of the Cosmos<\/em>&nbsp;equally conquered a jury of more than 12,300 students from all over Italy. From 19 to 23 May&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/home.infn.it\/it\/news-infn\/4938-anche-l-infn-tra-i-protagonisti-del-salone-internazionale-del-libro-2022\">INFN was at the Turin International Book Fair<\/a>&nbsp;with an ASIMOV Prize event and presenting, in addition to the institute\u2019s research activities, the new edition of the INFN journal&nbsp;<em>Asimmetrie<\/em>&nbsp;and some initiatives of the INFN ScienzaPerTutti and INFN Kids projects. Also in May, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/home.infn.it\/it\/comunicati-stampa\/4879-studenti-a-caccia-di-raggi-cosmici-ai-laboratori-nazionali-di-frascati\">internship<\/a>&nbsp;for students organised by&nbsp;<strong>OCRA \u2013 Outreach Cosmic Ray Activities,&nbsp;<\/strong>in collaboration with the INFN&nbsp;Frascati National Laboratories, was held. Twenty-eight students were able to follow seminars and take measurements of cosmic rays: the heart of the activity was the launch of the stratospheric balloon with the cosmic ray detector on board.<\/div>\n<div>Finally, on 20 May, at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome, there was the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/collisioni.infn.it\/evento\/scienziate-talenti-da-valorizzare-per-una-scienza-di-successo\/\">event Women scientists:<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/collisioni.infn.it\/evento\/scienziate-talenti-da-valorizzare-per-una-scienza-di-successo\/\">&nbsp;Talents to be valued for a successful science<\/a>&nbsp;concluding the school competition: \u201cWomen and research in physics: opportunities, obstacles, and challenges\u201d promoted by INFN and CNR, partners of the European network&nbsp;<strong>GENERA<\/strong>.
